      Hello,

I am a registered Appraisal Trainee and Appraisal Diversity Initiative Scholarship winner, and I am currently seeking an opportunity to begin my residential experience training. I have several years of experience in sales, banking, and the mortgage industry, that directly translates to the appraisal industry. My strengths include time management, customer service, analysis and research skills. I believe that I bring a wealth of experience to the table, and I would love to discuss with you how I can add value to your firm.

I can be contacted at 404-295-5315 or by email at armondguest79@hotmail.com. My resume is available upon request, and I can also be found on Linkedin at http://www.linkedin.com/in/armondguest. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to speaking with you.
